1. About Us
This website is operated by Concrete TCG. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Eligibility
Our store is available to customers located in Australia only. By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase.
3. Products
We reserve the right to limit sales of products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions are complete, accurate, or error-free.
Trading card products (including booster packs and sealed products) are sold as collectibles. We make no representations regarding card pulls, pack contents, or secondary market value.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error occurs on your order, we will contact you before processing.
5. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, stock errors, or pricing mistakes. You will be notified and refunded promptly if your order is cancelled by us.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Australia only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law. We do not accept change of mind returns. Faulty or significantly not-as-described items are eligible for remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
8. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Concrete TCG's liability is limited to the resupply of goods or the cost of having goods resupplied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website.

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Concrete TCG or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
