1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods (e.g. new set releases, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship via Australia Post and/or other reputable carriers. Estimated delivery timeframes once dispatched:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Rural and remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders over a specified threshold — check our current promotions for details.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order via the carrier's website.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at concretetcgbus@gmail.com and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us about a delayed parcel.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at concretetcgbus@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Concrete TCG is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at concretetcgbus@gmail.com and we will do our best to intercept the order before dispatch.
